Terms and Conditions

By booking, purchasing, or receiving services from Luxurious Wellness, you (“Client”) acknowledge and agree to the following Terms and Conditions.

Luxurious Wellness provides private, concierge nursing services delivered by a licensed Registered Nurse. Services are supportive, educational, and within the legal scope of nursing practice. Luxurious Wellness does not provide medical diagnosis, prescribe medications, or replace physician-directed care.

Services are non-emergency in nature. In the event of a medical emergency, clients are instructed to call 911 or seek immediate emergency care.

Clients must:

• Be at least 18 years of age, or have a legal guardian consent to services
• Provide accurate and complete health information
• Have an established relationship with a licensed physician or surgeon when receiving post-operative care

Luxurious Wellness reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if client needs exceed nursing scope or safety parameters.

Consultations are required prior to initiating certain services and are used to assess client needs, appropriateness of care, and service planning. Consultations do not constitute medical advice or diagnosis.

Post-operative nursing care is provided in coordination with the client’s surgeon or healthcare provider. Clients are responsible for following physician instructions. Luxurious Wellness is not responsible for surgical outcomes or complications related to procedures performed by third-party providers.

Medication management services support organization, reminders, and education. Luxurious Wellness does not prescribe medications.

Injection services are provided only with appropriate orders, prescriptions, or client-provided medications as required by law. Clients are responsible for disclosing allergies, reactions, and medical history.

COVID testing services are provided for screening purposes only and do not replace medical evaluation. Test results should be interpreted in conjunction with guidance from a licensed healthcare provider.

For 24-hour or extended nursing care, scheduling, availability, and continuity will be determined in advance. Additional staffing or modifications may be required based on client needs.

Luxurious Wellness maintains strict confidentiality in accordance with applicable privacy standards. Client information is used solely for care coordination, communication, and required documentation.

All services are private-pay unless otherwise stated. Payment is due as outlined at the time of booking. Luxurious Wellness does not bill insurance unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Failure to submit payment may result in cancellation or suspension of services.

Clients must provide notice of cancellation or rescheduling within the timeframe specified at booking. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to fees.

Clients agree to:

• Provide a safe environment for in-home services
• Communicate changes in health status promptly
• Treat staff with respect and professionalism

Services may be discontinued if the environment is deemed unsafe or inappropriate.

Luxurious Wellness shall not be held liable for outcomes resulting from:

• Failure to follow medical provider instructions
• Incomplete or inaccurate client disclosures
• Actions or omissions of third-party healthcare providers

Liability is limited to the scope of nursing services provided.

Luxurious Wellness reserves the right to refuse or discontinue services at any time if care is deemed unsafe, outside scope, or inconsistent with professional standards.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California.

By scheduling or receiving services, the client acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
